Sumero is a longevity medicine platform that includes primary care and urgent care. One place for all of it.
What’s included, every year:
Urgent care is $29 a visit, whenever you need it — billed separately and scheduled through ERO.
How it works: you complete an extensive intake through ERO, our AI health assistant, so your provider has your full picture before you ever meet. You see your provider, get your labs drawn, and go through the results together. From there, your protocol is built on your bloodwork and adjusted every two months as your body changes.
Your GLP-1 dosing and microdosing, TRT and HRT, longevity therapies, supplement protocols, and whatever else you’re weighing — reviewed by your provider, for your situation, not in general.

Most people come for one thing: GLP-1s, TRT, HRT, hair loss, longevity therapies, skincare, supplement protocols, and more. Then they stay because everything else is handled in the same place, by the same team.
If your bloodwork came back “normal” but you don’t feel well, that’s us too. And if you’re already on something, you can switch it over — we’ll review what you’re on and take it from there.
Most do one thing. A GLP-1 program here, hormones somewhere else, testosterone somewhere else again. Each one is a separate membership, a separate intake, and a care team that only sees its own slice of you.
Sumero costs about what one of those programs costs on its own. No one gives you more provider visits than we do — six a year. And no one else includes primary care and urgent care. We do it all.
Sumero is a full-service medical practice, not a testing kit or a dashboard. Your provider manages your care over time — ordering labs, reviewing wearable data, adjusting protocols, and available when you need them.
Most longevity platforms hand you data. Sumero acts on it.
Your primary care doctor sees you when something is wrong. Sumero works the other direction: full labs, a protocol built around them, and a provider adjusting it as your body changes. Most primary care visits are fifteen minutes. Ours aren’t.
Yes. We recommend maintaining an in-person primary care doctor for annual physicals, vaccinations, in-person procedures, and anything requiring hands-on examination.
For nearly everything else, Sumero can be your first point of contact: your longevity protocol, hormones, weight care, longevity therapies, skin, sleep, gut health, prescriptions and refills, and lab testing.
Sumero is not emergency care. If you think you may be having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
Once your intake is done, we’ll get you scheduled. You’ll see available times when you book.
Your intake is done beforehand, so the visit isn’t spent on paperwork. Your provider goes through your history, your symptoms, and what you’re trying to change — and where it’s clinically appropriate, treatment can start at that first visit.
Your longevity panel is ordered at the same visit. Once your results are in, you’ll have a second visit dedicated to going through them and building your protocol.
Six a year — roughly every two months — plus unlimited messaging in between.
We make every effort. Continuity is the point. If yours isn’t available when you need to be seen, another provider on the care team can step in, with your full chart in front of them.
Sumero is clinician-founded and clinician-led. Your care is delivered by licensed, board-certified providers trained in longevity medicine and licensed in your state.
Urgent care is $29 a visit, whenever you need it — a UTI, a sinus infection, a sick day — with the same team that already has your chart. No cap, no bundle to keep track of.
Urgent care through Sumero is virtual, so it covers what can be evaluated and treated remotely. Visits are scheduled through ERO.
Yes. A longevity panel at onboarding and once a year after that, reviewed by your provider.
If you’re on hormone therapy, a GLP-1, or anything else that needs monitoring, those labs are included too, on the schedule your protocol calls for. Lab frequency follows our clinical protocols. If you’d like testing beyond that, your provider can order it at additional cost.
Your provider may also recommend advanced testing when it’s useful — micronutrient panels, microbiome testing, toxin exposure, a coronary calcium score, a DEXA scan. These are billed separately, member pricing is available on some, and availability varies by state.
Your provider reviews your results and gives you their interpretation in your portal: what’s optimal, what needs attention, and what it means for your protocol. You’ll also have a visit dedicated to going through them in depth.
Message your care team through ERO whenever you need to. We aim to respond within two to three business days.
For anything urgent, use our urgent care service. Sumero is not emergency care — if you think you may be having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
No. Your membership covers the care around the prescription: evaluation, prescribing when appropriate, and ongoing dose management. Medication, longevity therapies, GLP-1s, and supplements are billed separately at member pricing.
Everything we prescribe or recommend is built around you. Your labs, your history, your goals. No templates, no one-size protocol.
Membership starts with a four-month minimum, so you complete your onboarding, your first panel, and the visit where your provider builds your protocol around your results. After that you’re month to month and can cancel any time without being charged again.
Fees already paid aren’t refunded, and there are no partial-month refunds.
No. Sumero is a cash-pay membership and we don’t bill insurance.
Many members pay with HSA or FSA funds, but eligibility depends on your plan administrator and your own circumstances. We can’t guarantee that any product or service is or will remain eligible, so check with your plan administrator or tax advisor before enrolling.
